The challenge
Order, settlement and ledger data lived in different systems with no common key. Reconciliation was a monthly fire drill and revenue leakage went unnoticed for weeks.
What we built
RecoLens ingested feeds from each marketplace, the payment gateways, the bank and the GL, matched them on configurable rules, and surfaced only the breaks that needed a human.
The outcome
Reconciliation moved from monthly to near-daily, recovered leakage paid for the project inside a quarter, and the team gained a clean audit trail.
